Preston has no city government or zoning, but the county's 2022 flood rules apply. In flood map Zones A1-30, AH, and AE, an RV must stay under 180 days straight, stay registered and highway-ready, or meet county permit, elevation, and anchoring rules. No RV may sit in the floodway (the channel and nearby land). If yours fits in 20 feet, our units on North Parkdale Lane in Denison are about 12 miles away. Check your flood zone.
