Our Units

Camper storage for teardrops, folding campers, and smaller camper vans that fit inside a 20-foot unit.

Trailer storage in drive-up units, with wide driveways that make backing a trailer in easier.

Gate access 24 hours a day, so an early start for the lake never waits on anyone.
The longest unit at our Parkdale Lane lot is a 10x20, so measure your RV with its hitch before you pick one.
Until December 31, 2026, the first 2 months are 75% off, and the regular rate applies from month 3. First responders, senior citizens, and veterans get 10% off, and should call us before they rent online.

Questions
A smaller one can, so check its length first, then the door and ceiling height. The RV group Go RVing lists teardrop trailers at 13 to 20 feet and Class B camper vans at 16 to 21 feet, while travel trailers run 20 to 35 feet and fifth wheels 21 to 40. Our longest unit at Parkdale Lane is a 10x20, so measure from the hitch to the rear before you rent.
Measure the overall length from the front of the hitch coupler to the rearmost point, which is how the RV Industry Association defines it for a travel trailer. Newer RVs carry a length label, but it can leave out a rear ladder or spare tire, so measure to whatever sticks out furthest. Add room to walk around it, and ask us about door and ceiling height before you rent.
A 10x20 drive-up unit is $135 a month here, and the first 2 months are $33.75 each until December 31, 2026. A smaller camper may fit a 10x15, which is $99 a month and on a waiting list right now. Our price list shows every size at Parkdale Lane.
Go RVing advises taking out the propane tanks and any batteries that are not plugged in, inflating the tires, and leveling the load. It also suggests leaving moisture absorbers inside, because temperature swings can build condensation. Clear out food too.
Its registration must be current before you tow it out, since Texas requires non-farm trailers to be registered when they are on public highways. A travel trailer also needs a Texas title at any weight. The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) lists registration for a trailer or travel trailer up to 6,000 pounds at $45. Your rental agreement may set its own vehicle terms, so read it when you rent.
